Member of various Township Committees for the current term 2006 - 2010, including Parks and Recreation Advisory and Raisin Region Conservation Authority

Past Township Committee involvment included Parks and Recreation, Outreach, Emergency Management, RRCA, and SNC Committee

Served as Councillor for the Village of Finch for 26 years, 1967-1993

Born and raised in the Village of Finch

Barry and his wife Heather live in the village of Ingleside, they have 2 married sons, Chad and Todd and 4 grandchildren

Membership with the Lion Club for 40 years
